FOCUSfish Community Classes offer all ages, all levels, all PEOPLE quality, expressive core training on aerial apparatus, such as: lyra, silks, bungee and static trapeze.
FOCUSfish truly believes that ALL should enjoy fitness, not just the privileged and wealthy, which is why our classes are economical and accessible.
All students learn safety, proper technique, conditioning and tricks with the FOCUSfish curriculum. All instructors are trained professionally and provide a safe, creative environment for all who FLY with FOCUSfish.
FOCUSFish is located in multiple locations throughout Los Angeles County.

BUNGEE IS HERE!
Don't be bamboozled by its buoyancy. Bungee is a challenging aerial art form that incorporates choreographed aerobic dance fitness moves while tethered to elastics and sporting a harness.
There is limited space in this first round of bungee workshops. Registration can be found on the website under STORE. Once you purchase your workshop you are registered. Make sure to bring your waiver signed, if you haven't already.
