Community Aerial Classes in Silks, Lyra, Single Point Trapeze and BUNGEE!
There are lots of fish in the sea, and FOCUSfish strives to bring them all together in healthy harmony. FOCUSfish Community Classes offer all ages, all levels, all PEOPLE quality, expressive core training on aerial apparatus, such as: lyra, silks, bungee and static trapeze. FOCUSfish truly believes that ALL should enjoy fitness, not just the privileged and wealthy, which is why our classes are economical and accessible.
All students learn safety, proper technique, conditioning and tricks with the FOCUSfish curriculum. All instructors are trained professionally and provide a safe, creative environment for all who FLY with FOCUSfish.
