The mission of FOCUSfish, a non-profit for public benefit, is to offer movement arts and physical education programs to people of all ages, abilities and identities. Our teachers give their students the permission to be themselves in the practice of accepting all people to do the same.
Vision Statement The vision of FOCUSfish is to inspire all types of bodies to move creatively in pursuit of health, wellness, and community. Our Values We nurture people to be accepting of their own bodies as a practice of accepting all bodies, no matter their size, skin color, gender identity and expression, or sexual orientations.
We highlight creative expression as a means to maintaining healthy habits.
We encourage all identities to work and play with us as we create safer spaces in the communities we move.
We believe that great music and lots of joy keep our bodies moving.
We understand and deliver the science, that a body in motion stays in motion.
